Owner’s Wendy Wulkan Jacopino & Rick Cipriani, seasoned small business owners, are bringing their years of experience together with the Bull & Barrel Brew Pub.

Located at the site of the former Scioritino’s Restaurant, the new microbrewery and restaurant will include seating for up to 200, a private banquet room, additional meeting space, a large rustic bar, and of course a mechanical bull!

The owners take pride in providing fresh, local produce & ingredients, as well as working within the community for sourcing of all the work necessary to make their dream a reality.

The Bronx Brewery believes in beer’s power to build community. They’re committed to using what they create and where they create it to bring people together, while celebrating the rich and diverse creative scene in their home borough and across New York City.

At Hudson Valley Brewery, they like to think of their beer as the product of a wide variety of influences. Like the Hudson Valley itself, they believe the beers they create stand somewhere between the rural and the urban, the traditional and the modern, the rustic and the industrial. Their brewing techniques are inspired by the brewing practices of traditional European breweries as well as the more aggressive, experimental practices of American breweries. They brew the beer they love to drink, which like the Hudson Valley itself, is always changing.
