Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of health & well being. It‘s a 90 minute moving meditation. 

 You leave class feeling refreshed, relaxed and energized.

When you come to practice with Becca, the class begins with a dharma talk that sets the intention of the class, giving participants something to come back to in their minds. She focuses on correct muscular and skeletal alignment, giving hands-on adjustments throughout the class, and emphasizing correct lengthened breathing.

Becca teaches a wide range of yoga classes from a relaxing, restorative class to a vigorous all-levels vinyasa-style class. She guides her students to slow down their minds, to be fully in the present moment rather than worrying about what has been and what will be.
