Unlike some other companies, there is never any upfront costs to the homeowner and their fees are only collected after a sale has been completed. All advertising costs are covered by them and they provide 15-20 extra large outdoor signs to drive traffic to your sale. They have a very impressive list of antique dealers, art galleries and music schools which they mail out invitations to for the sales. They maintain the highest quality standards and customer service to maximize the value of each client they assist.
